Seagrass Design garments are made on order. Please allow 5-7 working days for production before your item is shipped. We provide free express shipping on all lightweight orders over $150. Orders under $150 value are weight based beginning at $5. All small parcels under 500g are sent via Australia Post Express service . (comment at checkout if you would like signature on arrival & we are happy to add at no additional charge)
Seagrass Design use No Issue post bags whenever possible, which are made from sustainable plants & non toxic compostable resin for a zero waste world.
Large/heavy items sent within Australia we use Sendle or Fastways Couriers which generally takes 2-5 business days depending on location, weight & size. However if you need your parcel faster just let us know & we will be happy to organise Express for an additional cost.
We ship Internationally via DHL Express to ensure fast delivery to your door at rates from $25 depending on your location & weight of parcel. Please be aware of any customs and import duties in your country.Our socks come in two size ranges small to medium S/M or Medium to Large M/L. They are pretty versatile so if you have a small foot size go for the S/M, or if your foot is on the larger size go for the M/L, or if you're somewhere in the middle flip a coin and you should be fine eitherway.
