SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING INFO:

 

In-stock products are shipped from our studio within 1-2 days. Please allow extra time for production of 'Made on Order' items to be shipped. We provide free express shipping on all lightweight orders over $150. Orders under $150 you can choose either parcel post for $10 or express for $15. All small parcels under 500g are sent via Australia Post. (comment at checkout if you would like signature on arrival & we are happy to add at no additional charge)

 

Seagrass Design use No Issue post bags whenever possible, which are made from sustainable plants & non toxic compostable resin for a zero waste world.

Large/heavy items sent within Australia we use Sendle or Fastways Couriers which generally takes 2-5 business days depending on location, weight & size. However if you need your parcel faster just let us know & we will be happy to organise Express for an additional cost.

We ship Internationally via Australia Post Express to ensure fast delivery to your door at rates from $25 depending on your location & weight of parcel. Please be aware of any customs and import duties in your country.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

At Seagrass Design we take great care to ensure you're getting the best quality & fit, so we're very confident that you're going to love your purchase!

All garments are designed & made with love right here in Tasmania. We do however understand that every body shape is different. We are therefore happy to exchange, give credit note, or provide full refund on full priced items (minus cost of shipping) in the same payment type as used for your purchase, providing they're returned to Seagrass Design within 14 days from receiving your item in the post. Returned garments must be in original condition ie: (unused, undamaged, unworn) If your garment arrives without a swing tag.. don't stress, we only use swing tags on stock garments in-store, all other garments are sent without tags as we feel these are unnecessary and usually just end up in landfill. 

Please note we do not accept returns for refund on "Custom Made" or "Last Chance Sale" items. We will however be happy to accept Last Chance Sale items to be returned for either store credit or exchange for a different style or size with postage costs to be covered by customer. Please check our size chart & guide to ensure you're getting the right fit, or contact us if you need any assistance and we'll be happy to help.

We are of course happy to take returns for 'Made on Order' items (just not 'Custom Made' items, where items have been with any alterations specifically for you.. ie: ( The BFF breastfeeding friendly dress )

If you intend to exchange or return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item & we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for your return packages getting lost in the mail, so please take care & retain a copy of your return post tracking number. Refunds / exchanges / credit codes will be issued once items are received back at Seagrass Design store.
